I have been a Military mom for almost 4 yrs. and have worked at DFW, USO for 2. I have seen mothers loose a child, a wife loose her husband and children that have lost their father. My conclusion is: Men are strong, women are stronger and a military Mom is strongest.

As a pastor/teacher, I`m constantly dispensing wisdom—or at least I think I am—or at least other people think I am! For myself, though, where I keep landing is in the need to be faithful to who I am, and to find the joy and delight in that faithfulness.

I'm serving as Senior Pastor to a small but rapidly growing United Methodist Church in the big town of Krum--where the four way stop signs still grace the center of town. Keith Cupples, WWW'66, and I have been married over ten years now and have delighted in our relationship and the joy of mature love. He pastors a church in Irving, TX, so we generally just see each other one or two days a week--nothing like distance to keep romance alive!
