I guess I'll never get tired of "retirement". I still enjoy every day and the freedom choosing my own activities. Occasionally I work for Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (where David is a director)on special projects they have. It's nice for a change of pace, but also serves as a reminder of how grateful I am to be retired! I am a cruise addict, and really enjoy planning our vacations. We have guardianship of David's elderly aunt who has Alzeheimer's, so we spend a considerable amount of time overseeing her days at the center. My mom (84) and David's mom(89) are both still very active and healthy. Of course, being a grandparent is still the BEST!
