Own a unique piece of Woodrow history!
![]() |
This paperweight is made from an actual piece of the original (1928) Woodrow floor! I'm sure the terrazzo looks familiar to many of you. The Woodrow Alumni Association obtained a big chunk of the floor when the elevator was installed. Recently, Miles Autry (WWW'71) broke it into pieces and took them to Lynn Littlejohn (WWW'69), who mounted them on acrylic and inscribed "Woodrow 1928." We are selling them as a fundraiser for additional display cases for the school hallway. An interesting note - a really cool, large fossil was unearthed when the elevator shaft was dug. We hope to put it in one of the new display cases. Ordering information is below. Purchase your piece of Woodrow history before all are gone!
